Prepare your ice cream machine as per the manufacturer’s instructions.Bring the wine, watermelon juice, water, sugar and lemon juice to a boil. Turn the heat down and allow it to simmer gently for 5 minutes. Remove it from the heat and allow it to cool.Once cooled, churn it in the prepared ice cream machine. Once done, fold in the Turkish delight bits and place it in freezer-friendly containers. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.TIP:To make watermelon juice, puree watermelon chunks in a food processor or blender until smooth.
