Boozy plum and cherry crumble with chocolate chips

    butter
  • 1
    cup
    flour
  • 2/3
    cup
    brown sugar
  • 2
    cup
    brandy-soaked plums
  • 2
    cup
    pitted cherries
  • 1/4
    cup
    chocolate chips
  • ice cream - to serve
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

In a bowl, add the butter, flour and sugar and work with your hands until it resembles wet sand. In an oven-proof pan, place the soaked plums and cherries. Spread over the the crumble mixture and top with chocolate chips.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown. Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving. Plate with ice cream or cream.
