Spicy tuna fish cakes

Ingredients

    tuna steak - chopped finely
  • 2
    spring onions - chopped
  • 1
    garlic clove - chopped
  • 1
    chilli - chopped
  • 5
    ml
    red curry paste
  • 30
    g
    fresh coriander leaves - chopped
  • 1
    egg - beaten
  • 50
    g
    flour
  • 100
    g
    breadcrumbs
  • 35
    ml
    oil to shallow-fry
 

Method

Mix together the tuna, spring onions, garlic, chilli, curry paste and coriander leaves.
Roll them into small patties.
Dip each one into flour, then egg and lastly breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil and gently fry the patties on both sides until golden brown.
Drain on kitchen towel.
