Cook the pasta in rapidly boiling, salted
water until just soft. Drain and set aside.
In the meantime, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic and sweet pepper.
Reduce the heat and add the tomato and onion mix. Season with paprika, salt and pepper, lemon juice and parsley.
Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Add the sweetcorn and heat until warmed through.
Pour over the pasta and serve immediately.
