Glazed pork with grilled pineapple

    honey
  • 30
    ml
    marmalade
  • 50
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 4
    pork loin chops
  • 1
    pineapple, peeled
  • stir-fried vegetables, to serve
  • cooked baby potatoes or jasmine rice, to serve

Oven temperature: grill

Mix the honey, marmalade and soy sauce together. Brush over the pork chops then place the chops on a baking tray. Place under a hot grill and cook for about five minutes per side. Brush with the marmalade mixture every now and then until the chops are cooked through.

Meanwhile, cut the pineapple into thin wedges. Place onto a hot griddle pan or under the grill alongside the chops. Grill until browned and caramelised. Serve with the chops, stir-fried vegetables and baby potatoes, or rice if you prefer.
