Chilli beef stir-fry

    rump steak - thinly sliced

    oil
  • 2
    cloves garlic - crushed
  • 1
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 50
    ml
    chilli sauce (or more as desired)
  • 30
    ml
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 3
    ml
    ground ginger
  • 1
    red pepper, sliced
  • 440

    baby corn - drained
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 30
    ml
    fresh coriander - chopped
 

Method

Combine steak, oil, garlic, onion, sauces and ginger in a bowl.

Stir-fry beef mixture in a hot wok or frying pan until lightly browned.

Add red pepper, corn, lemon juice and coriander and stir-fry until beef is tender.

Serve with Basmati rice.
