Chicken and mushroom pasta

Ingredients (6)

knorr — Basil Chicken
1 tagliatelle pasta
150 ml cream
black mushrooms — whole punnet
fresh parsley — optional
4 chicken breast fillets

Method:

Cut chicken breasts into strips. Fry in olive oil and a knob of butter until cooked through.

Add the sliced mushrooms and fry until tender. Add cream and turn down the heat and let this simmer for 10 minutes.

Mix Knorr basil chicken packet according to instructions and add to pan.

Simmer for another 10 minutes and turn off heat.

Cook tagliatelle according to instructions. Drain pasta when cooked and add to the chicken sauce. Mix together.

Serve with green salad and crusty bread.
