Rich chocolate brownie trifle

Ingredients

  • readymade brownies, cubed
    g
    340
  • rum
    ml
    60
  • readymade custard
    ml
    500
  • fresh raspberries
    g
    400
  • fresh mint
 

Method

1 hour
 

1 Put a few brownie cubes in the bottom of small glasses, followed by a drizzle of rum and a tablespoon of custard. Repeat, ending with the custard.

2 Place 2-3 raspberries on top and garnish with fresh mint.

3 Chill in the fridge for about an hour before serving.

TIP: Use any type of cake instead of the brownies. You can also add layers of toasted chopped nuts for crunch.
