Easy weekday meals

Pasta Alfredo, chicken parmesan salad and a wicked sandwich are on the menu this week.

After a hectic day of rushing around from task to task there is hardly a moment left in our lives for planning and preparing meals – and we are left with feelings of remorse after stuffing our faces with a greasy take-away meal.

Monday: Pasta Alfredo

Kick start your weekend with this funky and colourful steak, topped with strawberry salsa.
