  • Rind of 1 of the oranges
  • 1
    Tbs
    fresh grated ginger
  • 400
    ml
    soda water
  • 2
    shots vodka
  • 8
    ice cubes
  • 4
    basil leaves
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 2
    Tbs
    palm sugar
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour out into two tall glasses or 4 Martini glasses. Serve with an orange wedge sprinkled in sugar.
