    plain yoghurt
  • 250
    ml
    ripe mango cubes
  • 45
    ml
    honey
  • 1
    ml
    ground cardamom seeds
  • 8
    ice cubes
  • 50
    ml
    extra plain yoghurt to garnish
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Place all the ingredients except the garnish in a food processor and blend until the ice is crushed. Pour into glasses, garnish with a scoop of yoghurt and serve immediately.

Basic basil care
Basil wilts quickly, but will perk up when left in cool water for about 30 minutes. Then blot the leaves dry and store them at room temperature in a tightly sealed bag. If basil is stored in the refrigerator, it turns black.
