Ingredients (5)

1.00 sweetcorn — creamed
50.00 ml cream — or milk
3.00 potatoes — medium
100.00 ml mature cheddar cheese — grated
5.00 spring onions

Method:

Place a layer of potatoes in the bottom of a foil loaf pan. Sprinkle with half the spring onions and top with half the sweetcorn and salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
Repeat layers, ending with a layer of potatoes.
Drizzle with cream or milk. Sprinkle with the cheese. Cover the whole loaf tin with a double layer of aluminium foil
and place in among the coals. Leave to
cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
