    slices thick white bread

    baby marrow - grated
  • 1
    carrot - grated
  • 200
  • 3
    fresh tomatoes - sliced
  • 100
    grated mature cheddar
Servings: Change Serving


Toast the bread on both sides. Mix the courgette, carrot and hummus, then spread over 4 toast slices.

Top each with another slice of toast. Top this with the tomatoes and the cheddar. Top with the remaining 4 slices of toast and serve with the essential Waitrose Ready Salted Crisps (optional).
