NB announcement: Food24 Blogs

Hi everyone

A very exciting thing is happening next week at Food24 – we are moving our blogs across from our in-house blogging platform Letterdash (which is, let’s face it… more than a bit rickety) to that slickest of environments, WordPress.

The better news? We’ve built our own Food24 WordPress community, so we don’t have to lose any of the benefits of being together, we just have MORE good bits, like:

–    Ad serving plug-ins  & Google ads for bloggers to make their own money
–    Instant messaging
–    Recipe uploader plug-ins
–    Easy pic and video upload
–    Mobile application (restaurant blogging, anyone?)
–    … and MUCH MORE.

Seriously, this is the best thing to happen to Food24 in years.

So, if you are a current Food24 Blogger, fasten your seats, and remember not to post on your Letterdash blog on Sunday the 27th (from 6pm) or Monday the 28th of November (the whole day).

If you are already a WordPress food blogger who avoided Lettercrash, but now want to move your food blog into our community (Why? Traffic, exposure, SEO… $) now’s the time to speak to caro@food24.com, who’ll be holding everything together through this process.
