Hump Day of the Year
Right. Here we are. It’s officially the Hump Day of the year. (If you are still reading this then it means it got past the filters. Whew.)
It’s not as rude as it sounds. Hump Day, for all those of you who don’t know, is Wednesday, the middle of the week. And once you are over that hump, it’s downhill to the weekend.
So here we sit on 21 June, the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year. We’ve christened it Hump Day of the year and we want to make it something special.
We’re saying let’s make a feast of it! Treat it like a holiday! Push the boat out! Get crazy!
I asked Food24’s Tess to dig deep and she has put together a menu so wicked you’ll think it’s Christmas!
So, pick your favourites and go large.
