Tropical fruit and cucumber salsa

    limes, the juice of

    lime, the finely grated peel

    brown sugar

    olive oil
  • 500
    finely diced pawpaw
  • 250
    cucumber, diced finely
  • 2
    green chillies, deseeded and very finely chopped
  • 1
    small red onion, very finely chopped
  • 1
    handful of coriander, roughly chopped
  • salt and milled pepper


Mix all ingredients together and serve with cold roast chicken or braaied fish.
