Mussel starter with avocado

  • 1
    French loaf or ordinary bread rolls
  • cheese spread (see recipe)
  • 1
    ripe avocado
  • little lemon juice
  • 105
    smoked mussels


Slice the French loaf diagonally and spread each slice generously with the cheese spread. Slice the avocado into thin rings and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Place the avocado slices on the slices of bread and top each slice with a mussel. Serve as a starter.
