Light and fluffy omelette

  • 3
  • salt and pepper
  • butter
  • oil


Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.

Fold the yolks in with salt and pepper.

Fry slowly in butter and oil until the bottom is cooked. Then place the pan in the oven under a roasting element until just cooked.

Fill the omelette with whatever ingredients you like; we used cream cheese, salmon and spring onion.
