  • fresh herbs of your choice
  • olive oil


Finely chop a good mixture of fresh origanum, basil, marjoram, thyme and rosemary. Add to olive oil - the ratio should be a 1/3 mixture of fresh herbs to 1 measure oil. Use to brush the pizza dough generously, before layering the topping.
