Chicken breasts with mustard and Parma ham

    smooth cream cheese
  • 15
    coarse-grain mustard
  • 4
    chicken breast fillets
  • 8
    slices Parma ham


For a quick supper, mix together cream cheese with coarse-grain mustard. Take chicken breast fillets and make a lengthways slit in each. Pile the cheese mixture into each slit. Wrap each portion of chicken in two slices of Parma ham (or thinly sliced cooked ham) and enclose in foil. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 ºC for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked. Serve with new potatoes and a green salad.
