Caramel ice cream tart

    ml
    butter, melted
  • 200
    g
    1 packet Tennis biscuits, crushed
  • 385
    g
    1 can caramel
  • a little milk
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • a few scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • frozen raspberries
 

Method

 

1 Mix the butter with the biscuit crumbs and press into the bottom of a pie tin or dish.

2 Mix the canned caramel with the milk until smooth and spread over the crust.

3 Arrange the banana on top and add scoops of ice cream. Freeze until needed. Scatter the raspberries over, slice and serve.
