Spicey eggs with bangers

    small beef bangers
  • 30
    ml
    olive oil
  • 1
    chilli, chopped
  • 1
    garlic clove, chopped
  • 2,5
    ml
    turmeric
  • 2,5
    ml
    roasted masala
  • 1
    ml
    ground cumin
  • 15
    ml
    butter
  • 4-8
    eggs
 

Method

BANGERS

Arrange the sausages on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes or until golden brown and done.

EGGS

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the chilli and garlic until flavourful. Add the turmeric, masala and cumin, remove from the heat and transfer to a separate bowl.

In the same pan, melt the butter and fry the eggs until done to your liking. Just before they’re done drizzle some of the spicy oil over.

TO SERVE

Serve the eggs with the bangers, tomatoes, toast, coriander and leftover spicy oil.
