How to cook perfectly fluffy quinoa

Quinoa is a versatile Knorr Future 50 Food with a pleasantly mild, nutty flavour and fluffy texture. It’s also healthy and high carb, making it the perfect alternative to pasta!

Cooking it for maximum tastiness isn’t difficult at all. Master these few simple steps and serve perfectly fluffy quinoa every time! 

Cooking instructions

First, rinse the quinoa under cold water to remove any bitter or soapy tastes, then add 1 cup of quinoa and two cups of water to a medium sized saucepan on a high heat. Give your quinoa a flavourful boost by adding a Knorr Stock Pot before the water comes to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 12-15 minutes. Once all the water has boiled off, your quinoa is ready. Fluff it up with a fork, and serve!
