Amber Kelley, an 11-year old from the United States is on her way to becoming an internet foodie sensation with her healthy cooking YouTube channel, “Cook With Amber” which has over ten thousand subscribers and is part of Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube Network. Being healthy is cool
Amber’s recipes are easy, delicious, healthy, and appeal to kids (making them and eating them!). She has some great ideas for healthy school lunches, and is fully aware of special diets, like vegan, vegetarian, Paleo, and dairy-free.
