Not for dieting potato bake



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 4
    potatoes
  • 250
    ml
    fresh cream
  • 1
    packet white onion soup
  • 125
    ml
    fresh milk
  • 5
    ml
    mixed dried herbs
  • 1
    handful
    cheese
  • 4
    tbsp
    butter

Method

 
Peel potatoes and slice into even slices.
Place in a ovenproof dish.
Pour the cream oven the potatoes.
Empty the onion soup into the cream container and fill half way with the milk, shaking it to mix.
Pour the soup mix evenly over the potatoes, and put in the butter(lumps here and there).
Cover the dish with foil and place in the oven for 2 hours (or until potatoes are soft)
When potatoes are cooked, remove the foil and sprinkle the herbs over.
Evenly spread cheese over and bake uncoverd until cheese is melted.
