Ingredients (5)

18 waffles — toasted
250 g bacon — rashers, fried
250 g blueberries
syrup — maple, for pouring
icing sugar — for dusting

Method:

Place the toasted waffles on a plate, top with bacon and blueberries and drizzle with maple syrup.

To serve
Dust with icing sugar; serve immediately.
