Ingredients

  • 500
    g
    raw tuna, sliced thinly
  • DRESSING:
  • 1
    garlic clove, crushed
  • juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2
    red chilli, deseeded and sliced
  • 1
    tsp
    castor sugar
  • 1/4
    cup
    olive oil
  • 1/4
    cup
    Italian parsley, chopped, plus extra for serving
  • sea salt and pepper
  • TO SERVE:
  • caper berries
  • lemon zest
  • lemon wedges
 

Method

 
In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.

To serve, arrange tuna on serving plates, drizzle with dressing and garnish with extra parsley, caper berries, lemon zest and lemon wedges.
