    Worcestershire sauce

    soy sauce
  • 25
    ml
    spirit vinegar
  • 30
    ml
    raw chopped garlic
  • 2
    ml
    medium curry powder
 

Method

 
Trim fillet and cut into small cubes. SAUCE: Mix all ingredients together in a large saucepan. Bring to boil then simmer for 5 minutes. Add fillet cubes and cook until medium rare, a few minutes.
