Stewed dried fruit

Ingredients

  • 250
    g
    mixed dried fruit
  • 6
    dried figs
  • 250
    ml
    rooibos tea
  • 45
    ml
    honey
  • 115
    g
    can granadilla pulp
 

Method

+/- 15 min
 
Place the dried fruit, including the figs, in a saucepan and add the rooibos tea and honey. Heat and simmer till the dried fruit is plump. Chill until ready to serve and add the granadilla pulp. Serve in pretty glass bowls, accompanied by yoghurt. Serves 3-4.
