Savoury roast potatoes

    potatoes, peeled
  • 25
    ml
    tomato purée
  • 30
    ml
    olive oil
  • 3
    ml
    salt
  • 1
    ml
    freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Quarter the potatoes. Blend the remaining ingredients and rub the potatoes with the mixture.
Place in an oven pan and roast at 160 °C for 90 minutes or until done.
