    pork belly
  • barbecue sauce
  • 150
    ml
    tomato sauce
  • 30
    ml
    Dijon mustard
  • 45
    ml
    oil
  • 65
    ml
    soya sauce
  • 1
    cloves
    garlic
  • 1
    chilli
  • 1
    onion
  • coriander
 

Method

 
Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over pork belly.
Allow to stand for 2 hours.
Braai the pork belly until golden - the fat should be crispy and the meat cooked through.
