Pan-roasted salmon and noodles

    olive oil
  • 30
    ml
    butter
  • 400
    g
    fresh Norwegian salmon
  • 450
    g
    Chinese noodles, cooked
  • 250
    ml
    plum sauce
  • rocket to serve
 

Method

 
Heat olive oil and butter in a large frying pan. Add the salmon, cut into 5 cm cubes, and gently fry for 3 minutes a side. Add cooked Chinese noodles and plum sauce, heat through and add rocket. Serve immediately in deep bowls and slurp up with chopsticks.
