    thick, full cream Greek yoghurt
  • 60
    ml
    honey
  • 60
    ml
    chopped nuts
  • sesame biscuits and/or fruit for serving
 

Method

 
Divide yoghurt between 4 bowls. Drizzle honey liberally over yoghurt and top with nuts. Chill well before serving. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 6 640 kJ (1 585 Cal). A portion: 1 660 kJ (395 Cal).
