Farmhouse sandwich with Parma ham, avocado and nasturtiums

    slices crusty farmhouse loaf, buttered
  • 30
    wholegrain mustard
  • 2
    medium avocados, peeled, stoned and sliced
  • 8
    slices Parma ham
  • nasturtium leaves, rinsed
  • nasturtium petals, rinsed
  • nasturtium flowers, to garnish


Spread 4 slices of buttered bread with wholegrain mustard. Layer with half the avocado and Parma ham and the nasturtium leaves. Add a few nasturtium petals and top with remaining avocado slices and Parma ham. Finish with remaining slices of bread to make sandwiches. Garnish with a few nasturtium flowers and serve.
