Cheesy baked tomatoes

    tomatoes, halved

    goat's milk or feta cheese, crumbled
  • 50
    g
    pecan nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 5
    ml
    dried orgianum
  • 30
    ml
    parsley, freshly chopped
  • 50
    ml
    olive oil
 

Method

 
Scoop out the seeds from the tomato halves and place the shells on a greased roasting dish. Half fill each tomato with cheese. Sprinkle with nuts and herbs. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bake in a preheated 200 ºC oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
