    g
    fresh basil (you can use a mixture of leaves such as mint, coriander and parsley)
  • 120
    ml
    olive oil
  • 30
    g
    pine nuts
  • 2
    cloves garlic
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 80
    g
    Parmesan cheese
 

Method

 
Put the basil leaves, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic and 5 ml salt into a food processor or blender and grind until fine and almost creamy.
Transfer mixture into a bowl and stir in pepper to taste, and cheese.
