Summer has arrived and if you are not invited to a braai, you are hosting one, almost every weekend. Besides braai’s, dinners are becoming less time consuming and moreish; It is the season for salads and everyone who loves salad knows a great pasta salad recipe or has had one at a braai. Start by making the pickle. Combine the vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper in a non-metallic bowl. Once the sugar has dissolved, add the onions and set aside for about 30 minutes. For the salad, place all the ingredients except the tuna, in a large mixing bowl.
