BASIC SUGAR SYRUP
A lot of cocktails (and mocktails) call for a basic sugar syrup; make a batch and keep it on hand for when you entertain.
- 250ml Huletts Castor Sugar
- 250ml water
Pour the castor sugar and water into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until all the sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool, then decant into a bottle and store in the fridge.
