Trying to think up what to make for dinner and bored of your old usuals?

I’ve got some great ideas that are simple to prepare and easy on the pocket too. So dig in and indulge.

Mediterranean madness - Thighs in a rich olive and tomato sauce

This is super easy, brown your thighs and make the sauce separately. Gooi it all into a casserole dish to cook together and infuse those wonderful flavours.

Serve it with some lovely brown rice and greens – yummo.

African dream - Chicken thighs in a spinach and peanut sauce

This one is fantastic. A little different and really tasty, serve it to your guests for a dinner party and watch them clean their plates.

Serve with mielie pap or some creamy polenta.
