It’s our favourite time of the week! Break time, relaxation time, yes its weekend time and this weekend’s feast is jam packed with a lovely selection of treats.

Every wondered whether you could have salad for breakfast? Well why not? Make this avocado, egg and sausage breakfast “salad” with “avo-naise” and start your day off a on a lighter note.

Move on from salad to delicious ridiculously easy banana flapjacks. Brunch is supposed to be hearty and scrumptious and these are the perfect brunch choice.
