Ridiculously easy banana flapjacks

Ingredients (2)

1 banana
2 eggs

Method:

Blend the banana and eggs into a thick, smooth mixture.

Heat a non-stick pan over a  medium heat, and then pour flapjacked sized circles of the mixture onto the pan.

Wait until small bubbles form on top and then flip over.

Cook each one for 30 seconds to 1 min until golden brown on each side.

Add cinnamon for a spicy twist or chocolate chips for melt-in-the-mouth deliciousness and serve with whipped cream as a treat.
