Setting the lunch scene is a tantalising trolley of antipasti with an array of fine delicacies all set at the table, including garlic and wine-poached octopus and squid, marinated artichokes and mushrooms, chopped salad and marinated beans.
Together with a hearty chicken paté, roasted seasonal vegetables and an assortment of breads, the antipasti selection is the ideal prelude to a main menu of dishes which are simple yet elegant.
Classic yet extravagant, lunchtime diners will have to make the difficult choice between a sirloin steak seasoned to perfection, accompanied by pommes frites and a rich truffle mayonnaise sauce; a fine chicken ravioli complete with roasted tomatoes and pine nuts; the must-have fish brioche burger or; a flavoursome chicken or lamb curry, with fresh sambals and papadoms.
