Let the festive fun begin

Hi everyone,

Yes I know it’s not December yet, but I can’t help it, I’m getting bitten by the festive beetle.

It’s these gorgeous hot days and the over stimulation of Christmas lights in the shops that’s getting me going.

I think it’s time to start celebrating instantly with dreamy cocktails, there’s one for every day of your holiday and you don’t always have to add alcohol. You could hold onto the virginity of your drink until the silly season really hits and still have a delicious flavour burst in a glass.

And let it be known, if you’re in any shape to make your own Christmas cake, it should be done imminently. And really, it’s actually not a hard thing to make at all, see this dandy step-by-step we’ve got to help you on your way.

Once you’ve cleared that up and swilled a little of the obligatory brandy, there’s oodles of time to think about all the wonderful things to braai, cook and bake over this friendly and fun season.
