Will it ever be okay to make jokes about the Oscar Pistorius trial? Charly's Bakery did it amidst a twitter outrage and just as quickly apologised for their sensational cookies depicting jokes about the case.

Now, as the world watches Judge Masipa deliver the verdict on this case, a well-known and much -loved Cape Town restaurant has advertised (on twitter) a "Guilt Free"  Oscar pizza.

The tweet has not had the Charly's Bakery style backlash, and we're not sure what kind of reception it will get on the volatile social media platform, but we ask the question: is it ever going to be okay to make light of this tragedy?

What are your thoughts?
