The Eat Out Mercedes Benz Restaurant Awards took place at the SunExhibits Centre at Grand West in Cape Town on Sunday and Food24 was there front and centre to witness the announcement of this year’s top 10 eateries.

The top 20 nominees were revealed a few weeks ago as well as the judges of this year’s awards. They were:
– Abigail Donnelly (Eat Out editor and Taste Magazine Food Editor)
– Jackie Cameron (Former EatOut Top 10 winner and cooking school owner)
– Benny Masekwameng (MasterChef SA judge)
– Siba Mtongana (Cooking TV show host, food writer and author)

8. Terroir (Stellenbosch)
9. The Potluck Club (Cape Town)
10. Jordan Restaurant (Stellenbosch)
