Five hundred is the Saxon's signature Restaurant, based on the intriguing concept of food, wine and art. The chefs interact with guests and serve a unique gallery of artistic cuisine and wine pairings. The menus reflect the chefs' passion and inspired ideas, showcasing the freshest ingredients, simplicity and superior flavour.

The concept restaurant, with its private entrance, welcoming reception area and intimate private Ruinart Room, comes to life with the central focal point being the open Chefs' kitchen.

We had the pleasure of dining in the Saxon 500 on the 17/12/2013. There were 5 of us which included 3 recently graduated chefs. My son graduated in the French Cuisine in December 2012 and went on to Italy to graduate in the Italian cuisine. Well, what an amazing experience for these young chefs. The food was an absolute treat, the chefs explained all the dishes, the sommelier was very knowledgable. This restaurant is definitely on the to do list again. Congrats Chef David Higgs and team

I recently had the fortunate opportunity of visiting the Saxon Five Hundred. What an experience! My son was graduating the following day from a most fantastic Culinary Academy and this was a treat for both of us. David took the time out to visit our table and discuss my son's possible future paths and opportunities - as did the whole team. Thank you all for the wonderful creations and flavours that you presented us with - we will never forget you....
