Breakfast
An oldie but a goodie – these bacon nests with egg, spinach and feta are basically a Banter’s dream, and they are perfect served warm from the oven or for lunchboxes or picnics. Portable food #ftw!

Snack
This nutty courgette loaf is all you need when the snack craving strikes. Simply pop a slice into your toaster and top with anything your heart desires – cheese, ham, avo, tomato (or a combo of all four!)

Lunch/dinner
Winters are made better by comfort food – and one dish that we absolutely love, is a crispy, flaky pie. Try this low carb version of a pork pie. Serve with fresh steamed greens or wholesome garlic buttered cauli mash and loads of gravy.

Dessert
Finish off your meal with something sweet – a mocha pudding that’s made in the microwave, which means it’s quick and snappy. What more could you want?
