Make a big batch of chicken and mushroom penne in a mustard and brandy sauce and watch the plates get licked clean.

Kids (and adults) will go gaga for these cheesy bacon and sweet pepper jaffles. Great as a snack or an easy, fuss-free dinner.

Veggie lovers, you’ll adore these grilled mushrooms on toast with spinach and goat’s cheese. The final finish? A sweet and herby basil dressing. Yum!

 

Say hello to our take on fudge… a low carb, sugar-free version that incorporates cream cheese and avo. Try it! You won’t be disappointed.
