 The weekend is finally a go! Grab your shopping list and let’s get into some cooking!

A mouth-watering juicy burger with all the trimmings is a meat-eater’s dream. Whip up a batch for friends or family and enjoy the last few days of Summer warmth. 

Banting breakfast alert! These cute little egg cups are a ideal for a fuss-free morning meal. Baked with sun dried tomatoes, spinach and a sneaky slice or two of bacon, you’ll be rearing to go and filled with energy. Plus, how gorgeous do they look? 

With Autumn poking its chilly nose in our faces, we’re called to embrace the warmer, more comforting dishes like this roast butternut and Swiss chard barley risotto. Have it as a main or a simple side dish. 

Apricot squares must be one of the most popular items at any home industries – the sweet chewy, crumbly cake-come-biscuits that are always gobbled down too quickly. Perfect with a cup of freshly brewed Rooibos. 

Casserole season is fast approaching so better get some practise in! How about knocking up a cheesy broccoli chicken casserole, expertly topped with toasted breadcrumbs for that much loved crunch factor. Warning: Don’t expect leftovers. 

Stuffed calamari might sound like a lot of effort but it really takes just few minutes and the results are pretty impressive. These calamari tubes are stuffed ricotta cheese, herbs and chorizo. Lip-smacking indeed!

A rich and decadent dessert that’s low in carbs? Yip – we’ve got a cheat’s version of the traditional tiramisu. It’s free of sugar and grains meaning if you’re Banting, this gets a proper thumbs up.
