If you’re having guests over this weekend here’s a elegant tart that will put your seasonal pears to good use – pear and blue cheese tart.

In the vegetarian department, we’ve got this creamy roasted vegetable and coconut milk soup. This soup was created to be enjoyed during the chilly months and it is also both vegan and low carb.

The fact that this is a long weekend means that you’ll need lots of nibbles and snacks on hand – these oyster sauce chicken spring rolls are ideal for that.
